Can I provide my own pictures?
Yes, any image that you have rights to use can be turned into a high quality tile mural.

What is the maximum mural size?
Physically there is no limitations. However we must consider the quality of the source image, over enlarging an image regardless of medium will degrade the quality.

What type of tiles do you offer?
We give you the option of choosing from Glossy, Matte, White Marble and Glass. The glossy delivers the most vibrant image, while the mate offers a finish that is more scratch resistant.

The white marble comes in a tumble stone finish that offers a unique antiqued look, this tile is thicker than the regular tiles. Also the white marble being a natural stone tile should be sealed with a high quality tile sealer before being used in a wet environment.

Glass tiles come in both tempered and non tempered formats. The tempered glass tiles are rated for floor use and can even be used in swimming pools. All glass tiles offer the must durable finish, as the image is placed on the back of the tile.

Do tiles fade when used indoors?
No. With the exception again of placing them in direct sunlight such as a sun-room. While fluorescent bulbs do emit UV it is not strong enough to damage the image.

Are the tiles rated for outdoor use?
The tiles themselves will survive nearly any outdoor environment, with freezing and thawing being the biggest concern. This is a concern for any outdoor tile installation. One way to avoid issues with freezing is to use a porcelain tile. We do offer these but only as a special order.

The images however will fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight, this process will take anywhere from a year to two years depending on the amount of sunlight the area receives. This fading process can be reduced by mounting tiles in a shaded area. Automotive clear coat has anti UV properties and it may prolong the image but at this time it is not a service we offer.

What tile sizes are available?

We stock the most common sizes such as 4.25”, 6”x6”, 8”x8” and 12”x12”. The available sizes are dependent on the tile type. Other sizes such as 6”x”8 and 8”x10” can be obtained by special order. Oval tiles are also available by special order.
